Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter & Program Operator is Tonnex International Pty Ltd. ACN 085 148 438, 1 Sara Grove, Tottenham, VIC, 3012.
2. The Tonnex International Reseller Rewards ME Program runs from February 1st 2011 to January 31st 2012.
3. Participation in the program is by invitation from, or acceptance by Tonnex International. There is no cost to register.
4. Points are allocated monthly to participants based upon eligible purchases of Tonnex International products ("Products") for the previous month.
5. Customer specific bonus points offers are not to be used in conjunction with other special bonus points offers. If you qualify for 2 simultaneous offers - the highest value stands.
6. To be entitled to reseller referral bonus points, the referral must be an authorised reseller of products supplied by Tonnex International who is not a current or past customer of Tonnex International and is not currently in communication with Tonnex International.
7. Participants will receive advice monthly to their nominated email address or by visiting the Program website.
8. Points are allocated based on the invoiced wholesale sales price, excluding GST, and less any discounts and less any refunds or credits paid or allowed in respect of defective Products ("Sales"). Points values will be calculated to the closest whole number.
9. Tonnex International reserves the right to refuse or cancel customer participation in the program at any time.
10. Tonnex International reserve the right to expire points if no purchase is made from Tonnex International for a period equal to or exceeding 2 calendar months. Expired points cannot be re-instated under any circumstances.
11. The participating business must nominate one person who is authorised by the owner(s) or directors(s) as the legal owner of the reward points. The person nominated will be taken as the registering individual and must be over 18 years of age to redeem any alcoholic beverages. By redeeming such items the individual thereby certifies that they meet this minimum age criteria. Orders for such products are processed and distributed by Wine Directions Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 19 094 072 830) (License Number 51400009), trading as Premium Wines Direct.
12. Reward claims can be made via the program website or by faxing a claim form (available from Tonnex International). A valid member number and PIN number must be provided before rewards will be issued. Reward claims will only be approved for paid invoices to the corresponding amount of points issued per dollar value including the outstanding month’s invoice in question relating to any issued bonus points (where applicable).
13. Some reward items may require further information by the service provider or supplier to complete the participants redemption. These requirements may carry their own terms and/or conditions which are in no way affiliated with Tonnex International and as such Tonnex International accept no responsibility for the recipients’ adherence to these requirements in order to complete their redemption.
14. To be eligible to redeem reward points the participants credit account must be maintained within the terms of the trading agreement with Tonnex International.
15. All orders for products placed by a participant are binding and cannot be amended or cancelled, except as varied (if at all) by these terms and conditions. Tonnex International’s standard trading terms and conditions (as applicable to each participant) shall apply to each order placed during the term of the program.
16. All rewards claims must be made within 30 days of the program completion date. Any points unclaimed after this date will be expired.
17. Participants must allow 30 days for processing, handling and delivery of all claims except for items in the Escape or Experiences sections. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and Tonnex International accept no liability for such delays.
18. Reward points are not transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used to offset debt.
19. Tonnex International reserve the right to alter or cancel this program at any time.
20. Tonnex International reserve the right to alter, add, delete or substitute any reward items it may deem necessary. In the event that any reward item in the catalogue is discontinued or superseded, Tonnex International reserves the right to substitute an alternative product of similar value and specifications.
21. In the event of a change of ownership of a participants business within the program period, the outgoing owner may redeem any unredeemed points subject to approval from Tonnex International. The new business owner will earn reward points from the first day of the month after the date of ownership change.
22. Accommodation & travel reward claims must be made 45 days prior to the requested travel date and are subject to confirmation and availability at the time of booking. Points costs are for per person, twin share for travel until 31 March 2012 unless otherwise specified. Points cost for travel may change without notice due to changes in taxes, currency fluctuations, changes to the itinerary or availability. Seasonal surcharges may apply.
23. All accommodation & travel reward fulfillment is made through a licensed agent. The agent may require the reward recipient to acknowledge and accept further conditions in respect to their accommodation & travel redemption.
24. Carbon offset examples provided are calculated on average Australian conditions and resultantly may not reflect the individual reward recipients’ carbon emissions. Redemption of carbon offsets are through contribution to trees for sequestration to offset the indicated emissions and as such the actual offset will not occur until many years in the future.
25. Redemptions for items in the community section indicate the financial assistance provided by Tonnex International on the participants behalf to the relative community organisations to provide the indicated goods and services. Tonnex International accept no liability or responsibility for the community organisations discretionary use of funds provided and as such no guarantee can be made that the exact good or service indicated will be undertaken relative to the redemption made.
26. Tonnex International accept no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, illness, delay or accident as a consequence of a reward received as a result of participation in the Tonnex International Reseller Rewards ME program.
27. All product specifications and reward points values were correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing, but are subject to change without notice. Display images are for illustration purpose only and may differ slightly from actual product. Logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Errors and omissions excluded.
28. All reward points summaries are offered as a guide only and are subject to final approval at the time of redemption.
29. Any fringe benefits tax liability or any Commonwealth, State, or other taxes imposed on any rewards as a result of this program shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient, and not that of the Promoter. Recipients of rewards should seek their own taxation advice on this matter.
30. Direct Credit Card charge can be setup through completing an authorisation form available from Tonnex International Accounts Department. Bonus points for this option are only applicable for the period in which you use this service or when you pay your account in full within 21 days of the end of the statement period.
31. Tonnex International may utilise a participant’s personal information in order to conduct the program. By registering to participate in the program each participant agrees that Tonnex International may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations only for the purpose of conducting the program including sourcing, supplying and delivering rewards. By registering to participate in the program a participant also agrees that the Promoter may use any personal information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to Tonnex International at the address set out in point 1.
32. Participation in Tonnex International Reseller Rewards ME signifies the participant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions, [and any subsequent terms and conditions issued at a later date].
